from steph...i bring you my book life.

1. One book that changed your life: can you really narrow it down to one? gracious. i think it would have to be:
not even a hint by joshua harris

i am not a big fru-fru Christian book proponant, but this book really changed my thinking about how i conduct myself and how i need to glorify my Father. if you haven't read it, i urge you to.

2. One book that you've read more than once:
The Giver by Lois Lowry a yount adult fiction book that is based around a utopian society. amazing book. i especially enjoy the part about color.

(by the way i have also read several times the Dark is Rising series by susan cooper...excellent books.)

3. One book you'd want on a desert island:
the superior person's book of words. i could entertain the desert island creatures with my superior knowledge. :)

4. One book that made you laugh:
mathilda by rohl dahl: she is so sweet and innocent yet she comes up with the most insanely crazy fun stuff to do to her parents! and he is just witty in his writing style.

also...anything by pg wodehouse...he he he

5. One book that made you cry:
the lion the witch and the wardrobe by cs lewis when aslan dies.

6. One book that you wish had been written:
the story my sister told me when i was younger about the young knight that slayed the dragon in order to bring color to the world.

7. One book you wish had never been written:
um...anything by grace livingston hill

8. One book you're currently reading:
contemporary europe...i don't know who it is by but jordan is letting me borrow it.

9. One book you've been meaning to read:

it is strange to be home after such an awesome month, but here i am. i had so much fun and am now sorting thru my picts so everyone can look at the good ones. seeing as how the first disc would have taken four hours to upload, i decided to do a shortened version of the picts. (my other disc has over 600 picts...) i am tired and happy and five pounds heavier. =) i am taking a quick nap now, but will come back again soon. call! i am home!
