I realized as I watched the snow fall outside, that I haven't posted since the last time I saw a good snowfall. So...here's another snowfall post. I love the snow. It cleanses the land and makes the already beautiful landscape here even more so.
Mandy started her new job today. She's working in the Private Client Services department at Wells Fargo. Incidentally, her boss is the same man who was her father's boss when he worked there. We're both excited about this new opportunity. Hopefully, there's a house in our near future now too.
My job's busy in spurts. A lot of times it seems to drag and then there's the times where I can't get stuff done quick enough. I wish there was a way to smooth it out so I could be busy all the time. I'll be moving within the building in the next couple of weeks. Right now I'm in a kinda temporary spot until my new area's done. Apparently, the C&MA is now renting space to a travel agent that does most of their overseas bookings. They're the main cause of all the upheaval, so I guess I'll glare at them for the first week or so that they're here.
Oh, for those of you who care about the progress I've made in my addiction, 17 other people and myself are getting to the point where this guy will be challenged and defeated in the next couple of weeks. Phat lewtz for all! Incidentally, I didn't take that screenshot, but I'm in it. The name's Tirian. Don't forget it. :)
Edit: Due to some complaints about the above image of my nemesis being blocked, the image is now hosted on egolffamily.info and should be available for all to view. Wow, long, exhausting sentence, that.

it's actually so nice that i'm wearing a skirt above my knees (gasp!) and short sleeves.
and my car rocks.
Awesome. I got to see the snow in Vermont a couple weeks ago. I even sled in it. I feel so deprived back here where the land movers have mars-formed a red scar where the new strip mall will go right in front of the house. It would be great to cover it with snow.
And Gwen's car rocks.
Posted by: timf at January 19, 2006 09:05 PMThe site of your nemesis is blocked (from my home computer!)
Try Dangerous Waters. It's a game I might get into.
Posted by: eDad at January 19, 2006 09:43 PMSince when is there Internet filtering at home?
Posted by: Gabe at January 20, 2006 12:09 AMNever! Not in this house anyway. But it's definitely blocked.
Posted by: eMom at January 20, 2006 05:02 PMThat image should be available now. :) Silly forum software.
Posted by: Gabe at January 23, 2006 02:57 PMGabe, long time no see! Got your Christmas letter, but now I can't find your address. Eeek! If you can email it to me, that'd be great. Well, havent't been doing a lot of computer gaming, but my GBA:SP and Nintendo DS have definitely seen their fair share of time from me and the Mrs.
As for WoW, I have had the chance of playing this:

Posted by: Jeremy H at February 1, 2006 02:37 PMHey Gabe,
Not sure if you check your blog, but thought I'd say "hello!" Just trying to connect with some old BJU friends. Found this site through Micah.
Have a blessed day!
