I'm not a video game addict
I'm not, I promise! I do enjoy playing some games every now and then. I just wanted to post my ode to a couple of my favorite games.
Halo is the single best first person shooter ever created. Period. It has clean and crisp graphics, simple user-interface, beautiful levels, etc... And even though they have come out with Halo 2, and it is good, the first Halo is still the best. When a game is the top seller 4 years after it comes out, you know you have a great game.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is one of the coolest looking games that I've ever played. Basically you are a top secret agent for the NSA. The point of the game is to secretly infiltrate Terrorist location and accomplish a wide variety of objectives. This can be done without firing a shot or firing a lot (it's up to you). You know a game is good when shadows and sound are important.
