haha, right...
I'm very content with where God has me right now and where He is leading. He has blessed me in incredible way:
- He has given me an incredible part of His bride - North Hills Community Church. I love this church, the worship, the fellowship, the love, the humility, the teaching, the leadership, and the accountability.
- He placed me into a awesome family. I wouldn't know how to ask for better.
- He has lead me to a great job and career - Hanover Mortgage. It's a great Christian environment and I've learned tons!
- He has allowed me and giving me the resources to purchase a condo. Which is so cool, I really love having my own place.
- He has blessed me with a great number of friends. Both strong close biblical friendships and your usual social crowd.
And despite having a relationship with Him and staying very busy with lots of ministries, work, and friends... there is still that slight lonely feeling. I used to pray "Lord, give me a wife please!" And it's an appropriate prayer if it's prayed with the right motives. After long discussion with friends, I'm learning to change that prayer to:
"Lord, my desire is you first. If it's your will, lead me to someone that will only make me draw closer to you and that together we can serve you better."
