Luke 1:46-55 And Mary said: "My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, even as he said to our fathers."

Micah and Vanessa,
Great card and some great photos. I trust you are doing well and growing in grace. Please pass along my greetings to the Ellis family. I just came across a Puritan work that your mom and dad gave me as a gift five or six years ago...what a blessing!
Vanessa, your dad was the first influence the Lord used in my life to get me headed to Cali. This is a little known fact, but I will never forget that day in Preacher Boys with Pastor Ball! If you think of it, please pass along my gratitude to your dad for his faithfulness in ministry and his local church influence.
Merry Christmas...and stay warm.
Grace and peace,
AHB

Vanessa and I will be taking off to upstate NY after service on Sunday to spend a couple days there and we'll be headed to Hollister, Cali second week in January. Maybe we'll see you again one of these days!
